Thanks for using our service! I just wanted to mention that we _do_ have RSS feeds for each individual show. If you go to any show page (for example http://www.hulu.com/the-office) then next to where it says "Episodes" and next to where it says "Clips" there are little RSS icons that are linked to the show-specific feeds for episodes and clips, respectively.
